Customer bins: setup and workflow

Before selling
  1. Label bins 1–150. Rack 1: 1–30, rack 2: 31–60, rack 3: 61–90, rack 4: 91–120, rack 5: 121–150. First 15 on each front, next 15 on its back.
  2. Print and scan ONE test label before printing the rest. The permanent barcode on bin 1 is SCB001.
  3. In Live Console choose New session bin method → Customer bins · helper, enter the number of physically available numbered bins, then start a new stream session. Select that same session on the scanning device.

During the stream

The helper scans the exact sold item as usual, then reads the large CUSTOMER BIN instruction. Repeat customers keep their bin. HOLD means do not put the item in a guessed bin. Keep the auction number with the held item until its customer/bin is resolved. No empty bins? The system keeps existing assignments and reports that no bins are available.

When a customer's bin fills

Tap Add additional bin in Last saved item. The next available bin is assigned automatically. Previous items keep their old locations; future scans use the additional bin. Do this before scanning the next item for that customer. An interrupted request is retained for retry rather than allocating another bin.

Packing

  1. Grab any filled customer bin and scan its SCB barcode on Picking & Packing. Collect every bin listed for that customer.
  2. If TikTok created multiple shipping packages, select one package at a time. Find its matching preprinted label using the customer and tracking number. Automatic individual label printing is not included.
  3. Scan all required products, seal the box, attach its label and scan that same shipping label to finish. Existing wrong-item and wrong-label checks still apply.
  4. After the stream is ended and all customer packages are packed, remove any cancelled/pending leftovers. When all the customer's bins are physically empty, click All customer bins empty · release. Bins remain reserved across streams until released.

Solo stream? Choose Item bins before starting the next session. Existing streams keep their original method. A bin method cannot change after scanning begins.
