Label bins consecutively. Each rack: 1–15 on the front, 16–30 on the back. Add 30 per rack. Assignments stay reserved until the session is finished.

Share the TikTok dashboard in desktop Chrome. Keep this console open; it can stay in a background tab while TikTok is full screen. Images are experimental visual references; they never change an auction, scan or inventory.

Fix an earlier auction

Attach a missed product, replace the wrong product, or confirm its purchase cost. This does not change the next auction number.

After-stream review

Compare leftover items against cancelled or unpaid auctions after picking. Confirmed cancellations automatically release their recorded inventory deduction; unpaid orders remain separate until TikTok confirms the outcome.

Update timing

Measurements start with new TikTok updates.

Platform update → database storage → screen acknowledgement. Screen acknowledgement includes the return trip to the server. These are not auction-close measurements.

One scan after each auction

Place the exact item in its matching numbered bin. Auction 255 uses bin 255. For items that do not fit, press Oversized and place in the overflow area with the auction number attached.

Sequential mode assumes one product scan for every numbered auction in order, including pending/failed payments. If an auction advances without a scan, correct the next number before continuing. Use “Fix an earlier auction” for missed or wrong products. For a bundle, save its first item, press Bundle in Last saved item, scan the additional products, then press End Bundle before the next auction.

A saved scan is provisional until matched to TikTok’s exact auction number. Delayed results do not require another scan. A missed scan cannot always be detected immediately; compare the displayed bin number with TikTok. Final settlement profit remains pending.
